Ivan PYes the original pickup was scheduled for 11:15 at another location and the U-Haul was taken by another customer which made it inconvenient I called customer service and had to wait an hour before getting a live person who gave me a new truck and location. The rep on the phone was very helpful and respectful but the inconvenience made me have to drive more miles than intended and it did not adjust to the 6 hours in reservation so I had to rush.
Robert SWhen I picked up the truck it was on empty. I spent 100 dollars on fuel because I didn't know how much I was going to use for my trip. When I returned the truck it was still above 1/2 tank. I feel like I wasted my money putting in fuel I didn't use.
