After figuring out how to rent a car trailer and getting the correct trailer on the contract and all the fees correct it went smoothly. It put my trip way behind tho by almost 2hrs 😢. The trailer was damaged and I told him that to make sure I wouldn't be charged. The place to drop the trailer off didn't even know it was coming and they told me the trailer I had wasn't supposed to leave the area. Definitely need to make renting easier...the website and the place you go too are different prices and doesn't coincide with the U-Haul website. Make sure you train people on how to do this.

The whole process was easy. We only had to move items 13 miles round trip. The pricing was spot on. Would definitely use this location again.
Sam MSign where to drop off was not visible (small sign on door at business across the parking lot. It was blocked by parked cars. I called uhaul's customer service to find actually drop off location, and was sent to the wrong place. Then I was charged for fuel which info was incorrect. I was also charged $120 for missing/damage fee--I have no idea what this was for.
