I booked a truck through here. I called an hour before pickup since no one called. They said they didn't have a 20 ft box truck. An sent me 3 miles down the road. I bring the truck back to same place I booked it from and get charged a "wrong location fee" of 274. An a day late fee which it was not. Id love to talk to someone about all this but no one will call me back or email. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
