Equipment was clean, but was under the impression the truck came with a loading ramp and it did not. Main concern was that for some reason the parking lights would not shut off, resulting in very stressful usage of truck, and having to get a jump start as we kept getting stranded.

RICHARD MI booked a truck through here. I called an hour before pickup since no one called. They said they didn't have a 20 ft box truck. An sent me 3 miles down the road. I bring the truck back to same place I booked it from and get charged a "wrong location fee" of 274. An a day late fee which it was not. Id love to talk to someone about all this but no one will call me back or email. Terrible customer service if you ask me.
