Only issue was the receptionist did not know how to "back out" the insurance as I did not want it. I ended up just paying for it anyways because I did not want to wait any longer.

This is my second trailer rental in the last month. 1) During the reservation both units were not in the location that was selected. 2) Why bother doing the "Express Check-in" TOTAL waste of time. The deal needed all the info again. 3) The Milton Ontario deal did not attach the trailer to the tow vehicle. It was done by the Maryhill Ontario dealer. Was told by the Maryhill that it should be attached by the dealer. 4) If the credit card system is owned by UHaul vs the dealer... it is time to update the terminal in Maryhill. It took 10 attempts to process a Credit Card that is fairly new. Summary... your website needs an update! Don't take the CC info if its not going to be used at the dealer. Don't make people "Check-in" if it's not going to be used. Rob

Signage to the key drop-off around the building would be more helpful. Otherwise, the people there are very professional and polite.

What a horrible experience, I booked a one way trip on line, pick up time 7pm, received a confirmation email to P/up on Victoria St. Guelph, arrived by train, and the place was closed "permanently" called U-Haul, was told another location and open at 7:30 am, had to book hotel, arrived at location and was told not the right place, had to take a taxi to new location, gave credit card for deposit and asked not to process as I was paying cash, was told no problem, I could pay cash at drop off in Cornwall, upon dropping off, found out credit card had been processed !!!! and they were unable to refund.... UNBELIEVABLE !!! was given a toll free # to complain, and that # belonged to Honda...not UHAUL... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE U-HAUL, still no one has returned my calls, I was promised a Manager would call me, hasn't happened. in total, I'm out a hotel room and taxis !!! worst experience of my life !!!

One of the straps on the trailer did not appear to be long enough to hold the vehicle in place. They made it work however we ended up experience some great difficulties with it during our trip. Thankfully there was no slippage of the vehicle during our travels. I was to receive a family discount of 20% from my brother in law and the notes on the file indicated this however after conversations with Head Office I was told that they couldn't do because they were not a corporate site. Was advised that possibly it could be taken care of at the other end on my return. Did not have much choice at this point and needed the equipment to start our journey across five provinces.
