Was told to return the van with 1/2 a tank of gas. Returned the van with 1/2 tank of gas & was charged $12 for fuel. The app has a different gauge display vs. the dashboard (which is a U-Haul issue), and there is no way to determine exactly how many eighths of a tank of gas is in the tank. $12 of gas at current prices is >3 gallons of gas which would have far exceeded the 1/2 tank I had when I left the location. Certainly feels like a scam to me.
