Tell the customer where his vehicle is. (Don't hand him a key and tell him to go find it ). Put the scheduled equipment (blankets/dollies etc.) in the vehicle rather than making the customer wait for three c-store customers to finish so the attendant can fetch them.
EVIN MEverything was great including the service. If I had to name one thing, it would be to have more tie downs in the trailer. The salesperson basically did the paperwork for me, hooked up the trailer, and checked the lights for me. I originally wanted 2 days but brought it back the next day. The salesperson cut the price in half and unloaded the trailer for me. Incredible! Thanks Quick Stop in Marysville!!
