Clear, concise, and clean. Clocktower storage had parking while we rented, the truck was far beyond expectations after a less than ideal Seattle location experience. Had I known the difference, I’d have chosen the Clocktower first!

Fargo VMy thoughts would be to let the customer know when they inquire about renting with U-Haul, (at least with this particular office), the process for DL verification. We are old school enough to not have a cell phone. The office did send us a link to scan the driver license-however-we were in the process of upgrading to an enchanced DL and the system would not allow a way to scan the paper copy of the enchanced DL. Fortunately, it went through, and we were able to complete our U-Haul rental.
