First of the rental was not ready for the time it was contracted for. I lost 2 hours of my planned moving time because i had to wait for the location to open at 10:00 and even then I still had to wait. Representative was clueless. Did not extend my rental time even though it was clearly an error on this facility’s part. Did not offer any compensation since I literally only had the vehicle for 3 hours vs 5 hours. Poor customer service received.
