I tried to get inside but it was locked. Pushed the doorbell and was told to just leave the trailer and I’d get a receipt. No real interaction with anyone.

The truck needed a new muffler. The truck also leaked so we had two damaged mattresses.
Erica Edid not have the uhaul ready. had to haul all of the equipment out to the truck. had it set up for mobile pick up. not ready. and they did not have the appliance cart. had to go to a different location to retrieve. terrible experience
JAMES FI was due a refund on the tow, dolly and transport. Where is my money? It needs to get put back into my account immediately.
