Operation was totally run by doorbell camera and not matching app info. Staff member was rude and it was difficult to obtain the key.

Harrison GThe wood trim was hanging off on the inside of the trailer. I also had to find the trailer and connect it myself as the building was completely locked up even though we were told someone would be there. The location seemed extremely unprepared. This was also the second location we were moved to as the trailer I rented weeks in advanced was later found to not be available at my first location choice. We were also called 15 minutes after we originally tried to access the building and were asked to connect and do everything ourselves even once stating we didnt know how and we were then asked if we could just call someone we knew.
