Showed up for a 10am pick up. Nobody showed up until almost 10:30am. Once someone did show up finally it was a long check in process for the reservation and very apparent the person wasn’t fully sure of what even they were doing. I will never come back to this location ever.

had a change of plans and was accommodated very well.
Jeff MThe call i got said my appointment t to pick up was at 4 on Saturday. And I said I thought they were only open until 2. Then she checked and changed my appointment time to 11. Had I not known the open times I would have got there after hours and been screwed and would have had to wait until Monday when the reopened. All my travel plans would have been upended. So im thankful the owner had told me what time he was open Saturdays. But the uhaul system should be more careful.
MARY HDue to a blizzard and no travel I was not able to get the U-Haul back in 9 hours. When I talked to someone at U-Haul they extended it 24 hours but still have a huge bill after paying 200. U-Haul still owes me money in 2 U-Haul. 67 from a last rental and 1000 for the first one. I get no where with you guys. Thanks Racheal Foust
