The call i got said my appointment t to pick up was at 4 on Saturday. And I said I thought they were only open until 2. Then she checked and changed my appointment time to 11. Had I not known the open times I would have got there after hours and been screwed and would have had to wait until Monday when the reopened. All my travel plans would have been upended. So im thankful the owner had told me what time he was open Saturdays. But the uhaul system should be more careful.

Due to a blizzard and no travel I was not able to get the U-Haul back in 9 hours. When I talked to someone at U-Haul they extended it 24 hours but still have a huge bill after paying 200. U-Haul still owes me money in 2 U-Haul. 67 from a last rental and 1000 for the first one. I get no where with you guys. Thanks Racheal Foust

Arianna MThe owner of this location (Darnell) showed up an HOUR AND A HALF late (I was to pick up the truck at 2:00 pm, he chose to show up at 3:30 pm). I was in and out of his office in six minutes, with keys in hand. I asked him if there was something I needed to sign and his reply was, "No, I did it all paperless, I assumed that you would want that." The entire time I sat in front him he neglected to tell me that he was charging me a $15.00 "safe move" (insurance fee - that I didn't ask for or need), a $20.00 "after-hours return fee," that he neglected to tell me about, (I was told to return by 7:15 pm and it was back by 7:00 pm). He also didan additional $10,50 "additional fuel charge" (I paid for 15 miles up-front, and used less than 10 miles).
