When trailer is returned early give customer refund for unused day. I returned the trailer whole day early was told made no difference was going to be billed the same which a bunch of BS. If I new that I would have kept the trailer the whole time but know I thought it would be nice to rent it out as soon as possible to make more money. In stead of waiting the whole day maybe it got rented out right away and you screwed over two people by one being nice and returned early.

Rex OFirst of the rental was not ready for the time it was contracted for. I lost 2 hours of my planned moving time because i had to wait for the location to open at 10:00 and even then I still had to wait. Representative was clueless. Did not extend my rental time even though it was clearly an error on this facility’s part. Did not offer any compensation since I literally only had the vehicle for 3 hours vs 5 hours. Poor customer service received.
