I didn’t go in because they were closed at 7pm, so I have no idea about the inside building, the person I called from that location, wasn’t friendly. She gave my instructions but almost seemed appalled I called, I was the number for this location when you need assistance, from that location.
MARIA EVery helpful and understanding to my concerns of the condition of the truck, it was filthy when I picked it up.
Lori CIt was absolutely absurd that I had to drive to Mason after confirming a rental in my area (Lansing). Customer service navigating this switch up was not empathetic at all - probably because they also don't understand why the logistics of Uhaul don't make any sense and deal with this exact scenario all day/every day. Please hire a logistical engineer to figure out where the trucks go and staff to drive them back and forth and take that pain off clients who are already navigating a ton of stress in moving.
