Returned while closed, so no personnel, but instructions were relayed prior making it very convenient
JUDY HThe woman wouldn’t even assist me, she’d rather leave work early. Myself and another customer with a U Haul truck were left guessing in the pouring rain what to do while she sat in her car and finally yelled “you’re gonna have to do it yourselves!” I asked her what to do with the key and she yells “in the box” and slams the door. So I’m walking through puddles of water in the pouring rain looking for this box. Glad I rented a storage unit from the place next door, too.
JAKE WThe reservation was for the U-Haul store on Cedar Street, after 35 mins the manager told me they do not have a trailer for me and I will have to go to a different location to get one. Found a trailer at Hometown and had to drive 20 miles to get a trailer. My reservation was not honored.
