The complete uhaul experience on 4-9-26 to 4-10 was a complete disaster and hugh disappointment? I felt totally disrespected, upset and let down by the customer service; many of your employees did not seem to care about my distress. Several times i was drawn to tears by seemingly uncaring individuals that serviced my calls but im at uhauls mercy. I don't remember the lady's name. I believe it's michelle, if that's the correct woman who never states her name.She was very distasteful, and several were very disrespectful, and unprofessional. However, when I reached detroit/southfield/telegraph area for return in michigan service was great!

MARK PWhen dropping off the uhaul there was a group of people at the location throwing stuff and playing games and had this in my personal vehicle so I would not recommend this location
