TIMOTHY WI was a returning customer, website said van was available, I called, drove over, checked in, picked up and returned in about 2 hours. It was a last minute purchase at a going out of business sale and the team at Acorn helped me make it happen and get it home. So very grateful. I'll definitely keep returning. Much cheaper than owning a pickup truck or good sized van, heck - the small truck is also 19.99 + miles. Super bargin. Thanks again
PATRICIA FI reserved an appliance dolly online and when I got to the uhaul location, they only had a utility dolly. The employees assured me that for what I was moving it would work. Unfortunately, it did not work at all. The employees said that online reservations aren’t always accurate. At a minimum I would like the dolly fee refunded. 3/10 would not recommend.
