L'experience n'as pas été très bonne car due faire 2 hres de routepour aller chercher le camion étant donné que le point de dépôt de ste anne des monts était fermé. Par contre il y avait des camions disponibles a ste anne. Pour quoi vous aider pas votre distributeur a trouvé un emplacement? J'aurai besoin d'une remorque prochainement et je vais la prendre à montreal. Merci

Il n'y avait personne sur place le damedi après-midi. J'ai du attendre 25 minutes en ligne au téléphone pour me faire dire de mettre le contrat dans la boîte à clé et de remettre l'extension du branchement de la remorque sur la remorque. Quelqu'un aurait pu partir avec ce filage... merci beaucoup!

Laisser propre meme si ses un cube l,interieur du camion et la cabine et vous devrier mettre le full au depart et remettre full a l,arriver,plus facile pour le client,mais eu un bon service pour le retour du camion .

La succursale ne pouvait pas respecter le prix déterminé avec la centrale. Donc toutes les négociations effectuées avec le service à la clientèle de U-haul ne pouvaient pas s'appliquer lors de la prise de possession du véhicule. Très frustrant. Très mauvais expérience. Très déçu des services de U-haul.
