La réservation de la remorque n’avait pas été enregistré chez le détaillant puisqu’elle provenait du site uhaul. Heureusement, ils ont été en mesure de m’en fournir un, mais il y a clairement un « bug » sur votre site de réservation qui ne communique pas avec les détaillants participants. Un gros problème à rectifier!

JONATHAN FWe had reserved for a 10 x10 truck in Gaspé, QC NOT in Matane, QC! We had to rent a car ROUNDTRIP between Gaspé and Matane on Friday May 31st 2024 in order to pick up our truck. Once we got there, the truck 10 x 10 truck we had been told would be there, was not there! We were then given a 20 foot truck. This is unacceptable to us! We have filled an official dispute for Full reimboursement.
