Avant de partir avec la remorque , je vérifie toujours à l'intérieur et quand j'ai ouvert la porte , un doley cart était sur le bord de la porte donc je l'ai sorti et si j'avais été malveillant , vous auriez pu perdre votre équipement. Le lendemain à la maison après avoir rempli la remorque suite à un déplacement , je m'aperçois qu'un des 4 pneus est vraiment usé et impossible de faire mes 700 km avec donc j'ai du me représenter au concessionnaire pour qu'il le change et devant moi , dans un conversation entre eux , ils le savaient qu'un pneu était fini donc moi j'ai perdu 2 heures dû à leur faute car il n'inspecte pas les équipements avant les départs et j'avais payé pour une protection des bris de pneus donc c'était à eux de venir le changer chez moi merci

Ginny VI got a call the night before my pickup that the location had been changed from Rimouski to Matane - no biggie, I was kind of execting it. But the day of, this location in Matane calls ME like 4h before pick-up saying that actually they need to keep the truck here for another client who needs it 4 days later.... Had to call uhaul and wait on hol forever before they confirmed I could like go get the truck but meanwhile I already have to drive an hour away. Plus the truck had the engine light on and a message about the gas cap, I was worried we'd have issues with it but no problems and no problems with the return either but I was concerned.
