I reserved a 20ft one way truck for a pick up at 8am Saturday morning. I got there and they told me the biggest truck they could give me was a 15ft. That they couldn't give me a 20ft truck. I took it because I needed to move. While loading the 15ft truck I noticed it was not all going to fit so I had to rent another 10ft truck. Had I gotten the 20ft truck to begin with I would not have needed to rent another 10ft truck. Terrible experience.

I will never back to that location the guys over there doesn't respect people and trying to charge me over when I get my to take pictures of speed kilometer he took the key out of ignition refused me to take the picture said the bad words and he said he can call corps on me to bring an prison and end he call police because he saw I don't speak English I can't said my problem to the police an English.

This is only the location of the first truck I picked up. The second was at a gas station in east bridgewater, MA that did not even know I was allowed to pick up the sample truck they had sitting in the grass. Over all I had a terrible pick up experience and a terrible experience a month later as I was sent a very high incorrect bill.

The whole experience was a complete disaster. 1) My rental location was moved an hour before pick-up 2) The representive at the new location worked out of his car as the mobile office had no power 3) I got home to find that the trailor still had a lock on it 4) They asked me to drive back to the moved location which was 45m away in traffic which I declined given the huge inconvience already 5) Customer service sent road assistance to cut the lock off which took another 30m to arrive 6) Once he arrived and removed the lock, it was opened only to find an entire living room set INSIDE the rental unit (seriously I cannot make this up!! we have pictures!) they asked us to return the furniture back to Mattapan on our time. 7) The roadside assistant then offer to take it to storage for Uhaul to manage 8) So my planned trip was delayed over 4 hours



The truck was not cleaned - in the future the truck should always be cleaned prior to renting to a customer. Your facility charged the entity when it was your responsibility to clean - We reached out to corporate sales and will get an adjustment.

I arrived to this location with a 4pm reservation time to pick up a 10 foot truck. When I arrived at the location there was a group of other customers and one representative to answer questions. Apparently all of the other customers there had reservations as well, but there were no trucks because, as the representative told me, “it’s other customers fault for not returning their equipment”. After waiting for 3 hours, it now being 7pm, all of the other customers got their trucks, but there still there was not one for me. I understand other customers did not return their equipment, but that was not my fault and there should be a back up plan in case of such an issue. The representative called her manager (because they were closing) and the manager said he would find a truck, call me and need me to return to the location in order to finally get a truck. When driving back to the apartment I was moving from I happened to see a truck being returned and turned around to get it. The truck was missing its gas cap, one head light was out, the right side rear view mirror was broken, however I had to take this truck because there was no other option. I appreciate the manager, Todd Hicks, for trying to help me as best he could, but it is ridiculous how under prepared they were with equipment for a busy moving time. It wasted my time, my roommates time and my landlords time. Please call me at 978-494-2557 if you have any answer as to why this was my experience without having to blame your customers.

The right side mirror was broken and the stalbitrak needed servicing. The van kept going into tow mode. Not having a side mirror is really dangerous in a truck that is unfamiliar. Staff was friendly and got me going quickly

I had a terrible experience with uhaul. We arrived at the pickup location around 9:30am for my truck scheduled at 9am. The worker told us the system was down and there was nothing he could do. We waited for an hour and a half until he sent us to a different location to pick up our truck. We arrived at the new location and they told us they didn’t have any available trucks there. They then sent us back to the original location where we finally got our truck 3 hours later than scheduled... the employee at the pick up location was extremely unhelpful. He didn’t even attempt to solve any issues or talk to his manager about it. I will likely not be using uhaul again
