JEREMY F10/10 do not recommend. 0 stars. Pick up was 11:45 and this business closed at 12:00. No one was there. Called uhual, which uhual said someone from this location would contact me… they didn’t and without my permission changed the location of my pick up to 15 minutes away. When speaking with the scheduling manager from uhual they agreed that this branch did not represent or meet the companies expectations. Horrible and lazy ownership. Owner hid inside until I left the location. Ironic how there was one pick up in the parking lot and when I returned that pick up truck was gone. This place should not be allowed to represent uhual. I’ll rent through other companies until I see this branch shut down.
