The whole refueling thing is subjective. Supposed to bring back at the same level or above when you initially rented. When I picked up the vehicle was at 1/4 tank. They advise to take a pic which I did. Had to get gas before my trip. I completed my journey and added fuel to be slightly above 1/4 tank. When I returned the truck and trailer to the drop off location the owner was on site (on a Sunday at 7p). He was super friendly and made the return a breeze…..until I got an email from U-Haul that said I dropped off below the fuel level I was supposed to drop off at. My fault I did not take a picture of the fuel gauge as the owner of the location was so helpful upon return, I didn’t think twice…until I got a bill for an additional charge of $15 for “being below the fuel level”. I was most definitely above 1/4 tank but sadly no way to prove it now. It is what it is and maybe that’s what U-Haul wants to make a few extra bucks. Disappointed to say the least.

PAUL LFacilities were good and professional. Only issue I had was a blown tire that left me stranded for three hours after I was told 45 minutes but the that rental place was not at blame
CHRISTOPHER RThis is not the location I chose for pick up. The day before my reservation it was changed to this location. I had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up and 30 minutes back to load location. That put me driving a total of an hour before I could even start loading the uhaul. There is no one at this location to assist people and the trucks were crammed in so tight they were practically touching. It was hard to get the truck out. Totally disappointed in the entire pick up experience. Will be researching other companies for our move next month.
