I don’t think we could’ve got a better service. It was very quick. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. 26 foot U-Haul truck was very clean and maintained. I have to add that Jesse and Jenna at the Galesburg location. We’re both so very helpful. Jesse helped OK routes, patience, and prices. She was very patient and pleasant. Patty from Springfield was also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We were supposed to pick up a truck in Springfield Illinois, but the only available is Mattoon Illinois require us to drive an extra hour and a half to pick it up after already driving three hours. Because we had to pick up add an out-of-the-way location she gave us an extra two days which really helped us so much to be able to get things loaded from the storage unit and take them to another storage unit 3 1/2 hours from there. She also gave us added free miles we only had to pay an extra $51 going over the mileage allowed. We are thankful.
