Once again service was poor and counter person was the cashier for the station. Was busy and didn’t appear to know much about check in process. Said for me to go to app and just check in. App wasn’t very helpful as I was turning in trailer prior to designated drop off time. Left hoping that somehow the trailer would be properly checked in and that I wouldn’t receive a nasty email from U-Haul. Hopefully I won’t need to use this service again in the future.
Greg DThe trailer had a direct short, now my truck has warning lights and electrical issues. The 4 way plug started smoking and it was found that the brown wire (tail lights) had a direct short.

JORDAN BThe ratchet mechanisms on the tire strap tie downs needs replaced. One handle is missing. Also, hitch tongue was not on a stand. Overall the people inside were great.
