Location was a bit disorganized and dirty. Back of truck had some trash in it, not bags of trash, but needed swept out before loading. People were nice, but seemed confused. Perhaps new or a fill in. Wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’ve used much better locations in the past.

It has been quite the process to reserve a Uhaul.. it ultimately worked out but the pick up location wasn’t my first choice. I had to cancel my original reservation due to the truck not believe available during the original date I was scheduled to use it, then I made a new reservation for another day and the pickup location was changed three times. If the trucks aren’t available at the location we originally choose, we shouldn’t be told that we are guaranteed to have it at the location we need it, when we need it if representatives are only going to call and reschedule/edit our reservation.
Hannah FMake sure the equipment is readily available at the site of reservation. Had to travel another 30 minutes to pick up trailer.
DAVID WThe interior cab of the truck was muddy and had food residue and crumbs in the console, but otherwise was good condition.
