The U-Haul service was excellent. At first, I had trouble figuring out how to pick up the keys because the app kept showing a blank page and didn't provide clear guidance. It took me about an hour, but after contacting customer service, everything went smoothly. I really liked the location, and the rest of the process was quick and easy.
