got surprise charge of over $300 for "excess mileage". that stipulation must have been hidden in the fine print.

VICTOR PCustomer service guy was harassing me (multiple phone calls) of picking up my drop off equipment that they weren't going to accept my drop off, they were threatening me with charging me extra for dropping it off in that location, yet i did what i was instructed to do, horrible experience had me wasting gas. By improving tell employees not to harass the customers. Horrible horrible expirience.
