Location was easy to find off of highway. It was 23 miles away from my original pick up request. Did not have furniture pads that i requested.

At drop off, I was having IT issues due to lack of cell service. The staff never offered to help by offering their WiFi they just told me to download the app. I had to go to my truck and use my truck WiFi for the app to download. I also tried to report that my boxes got damaged due to water leaking from the truck and he completely ignored my request.
