24/7 pickup didn't work' "customer service" was a joke as I spent over 30 minutes on hold only to be put back on hold as the rep could not help and it was another 20 minutes on hold.. Ended up being over 1 and 1/2 hours late picking up truck and I had helpers waiting for me.. Did not get it all done because of it.. Won't be doing it like that again...Plus the truck seal on the door was coming off and almost tripped me getting out..
I did not have any issues that would require any kind of improvement suggestion ..
The young lady in the office was especially helpful. She saw we were having difficulty with self check-in and came to our rescue. She did the check-in for us and sent us on our way. She also offered to do the check out at the end of use of the van. She is a keeper!

Your UHAUL app is horrible, it would not recognize the location, when the order was being processed it would loop to the beginning. I was totally frustrated. It took atleast 45 minutes to complete. to complete the order I had to contact UHAUL's 800 number and received the best treatment by staff at the storage facility. I rate your App an F.

Came in to get help reserving for a truck and car tow I had seen the online prices and I had seen the quote for $311.00 for the 26' truck and $69.00 for the car transport they â€œlooked at the price through their own computer and we're quoting me the truck at over $600 and the tow for $123.00 way over priced they said there was nothing they could do But if I had the print out of the price I seen online they would match it , so I went home and figured out how to reserve online for the lower quote I had seen on the truck and walked in asking them to add the vehicle transport I showed them my reservation for the truck so I was expecting them to validate the vehicle transport price and to my surprise they didn't (after I was told they would) then I just went home and figured out the way to add it to my truck reservation, they sent me a text with the location I was to pick up the truck and transport them I got two more texts later telling me I was picking up the truck in one location and the transport in another for two different dates . Then after I picked up in two locations I went home to load truck I get another text letting me know I was dropping off my rentals 2 hours away from my destination ( I obviously wasn't happy about that but brushed it off and then they sent me a text while I was on the road letting me know I was to drop off in Nampa Idaho which was near by my destination a few hours later I get another text saying I'm to drop off in Nampa but a different location , I didn't care much since it was shorter than twin falls (2hours from my destination) but since I had gotten too many texts of different locations and times I figured I would call and make sure I would get the drop off location , date and time , to my astonishment I was told I needed to drop off at twin falls ID because if I dropped off in Nampa I was going to be charged $300+ for not taking it to twin falls !!!!! Ok so if I hadn't call to verify all the correct information I would've been screwed over with $300+ For following their instructions which I still have all the texts too !!! We left to drop off the truck at twin falls and half way there we got the check light engine I called the twin falls ID location and told them what was going on and they Said there was nothing they could do that I needed to call their 1800-go UHAUL # and explain to them I kept getting transferred to different people and departments and showed me they have no system for customer service at all as long as you Pat they could careless what happens to you when you're stranded one representative even said to me just keep driving the truck we get these issues all the time and it should reset it self after 30 miles or so ( I explained my concern for the trucks well being and my safety and not being mechanically knowledgeable i needed some assistance to where they said well have to transfer you over and you can let them know so I was transferred to roadside assistance And they told me it could take fro
The young man was having difficulty with the computer system (which was not his fault), however I was there over twenty minutes she. He finally called someone for help. He did not explain the mileage charges. You should be instructed in how to use equipment before taking off in it.

Location was good however my experience over the phone with UHAUL was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Not following through with promises other representatives had made and being rather rude about it. Unfortunately uhaul is a monopoly and if you need to rent a truck they are the only option you have, would be nice if they would atleast follow through with promises they make uhaul you are the absolute worst! This location did a great job but the atrocious customer service I recieved over the phone should never happen to anyone!

I don't know how you guys did it, but you overcharged us for 20 miles on mileage. I mapped our trip out and we were definetly overcharged. The mileage matched the odometer. Not sure if somehow you can set your odometer to roll faster, but being overcharged by 20 miles on a 64 mile trip is a big overcharge.
I felt like I was baited into one location, but the. Switched because the equipment I needed wasn't there, so I had to pay more to go further away to get more expensive equipment. I got charged an extra 20-30 dollars for the privilege of using your equipment in an emergency.
The location was OK, but it wasn't the location I selected to rent from when I reserved the truck online. It was farther and ended up costing me more money to rent...
The app experience was not at all a good one. I'd never use it again. We were charged numerous times. Customer service hung up on me... and to make matters worse I'm still being overcharged. My receipt says 66 dollars and my bank was taken for 71.
Seems the software program was hard to manage during pick up and drop off.
This place, and the people that work there know how to their customers. With respect and honesty. It's the only place I will rent uhaul.
The truck I rented smelled like smoke when I rented it, I called the office to let them know about this and had to leave a message after calling 7 times right after I talked I drove away. The truck itself was fine. When I dropped off the truck I arrived right at 5:00pm their closing time. When I got out of the truck and went to the door the lady looked at me and flipped the open sign to close and pulled the shades down. Unbelievable, where is the customer service!!! I understand I arrived at closing time and had I not been seen I would understand but to flip the sign to closed while looking at me is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never use this location again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either.
