The U-Haul was extremely dirty. I had to clean and mop the back before I was able to use it. Also the blanket that is support be in the back was gone and the zip tie for the hand truck was cut. Are these units inspected before rented out? There was also still metal in the back from the last person. Also the front has been wrecked the frame support is bent and it makes a thunk when you drive it. I’ve rented from U-Haul a lot. Did U-Hauls standers go down?

KB BSite didn't work so I couldn't complete a pre trip inspection for my own protection and the associate could not care less. All he could do was smile at me while act bothered by my presence. You site is garbage. You check out and check in process is even worse. I hate you and your company.
