I was charged over 70 dollars for fuel when I returned it with MORE fuel in it than when I picked ked it up. I picked it up with 3/8 of a tank and returned it with half a tank. I expect to receive a refund for the fuel charge.

jose Z.The last two times I've rented a Uhaul it was a terrible experience with lackluster customer service and less value. The second to last time I returned the vehicle with more gas than I took it with and when we tried to refute the extra fuel charges it was so hard to contact someone we gave up. This second time when I asked about it, I was told to use the text link to set the actual amount of gas in the vehicle. Well, I did and discovered that what the service woman scratched on the paper wasn't what the vehicle had! Then, when I tried to return the vehicle, at 2:12pm I was told at the location that they had closed at 2pm, when the website showed them closing at 4pm. Also, because they were closed, I couldn't hand the woman at the counter my keys, I had to use the external drop box, and I would be charged a $20 convenience fee if I didn't use the mobile website to 'return the truck' which turned in to a frustrating string of answering questions and taking pictures. The experience was terrible, and I'll be renting vehicles elsewhere from now on.
Ralph B.I was not informed that there was an “after hours†$20 drop off fee. I could have returned the trailer before closing - but chose to wait for a convenient time for me. Nobody was on location to assist in parking or check-in of the trailer , so I don't know what the fee would be for?
Mark M.Great customer service. A great sell tactic would be if a customer will have to wait for a slight moment. Offer to take a look around the store and they will be called next on list. Promotes more sales either that visit or a future purchase. Now the customer will have a mental note where some products are to go make a purchase
