I had a good experience at the location that I picked the vehicle up from, but dealing with Uhual on the phone about a past situation was HORRIBLE! The girl on the other end of the phone just sat there, didn't respond and there were moments where we had to even say "hello, you there?" To even get her to talk. I'm VERY disappointed in Uhuals customer service after using the services quite a bit. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere next time. Do better Uhual!

Amanda GLocation and customer service and equipment at location were excellent. The main problem is with the app. It is a resource hog and is continually running and draining the battery in the background.

Shawyn BPut a jack on the trailer so you can unhook from it while it is loaded. That is very frustrating not being able to unhook from the trailer if it has stuff in it while at a trade show.
