Cashier and Manager was very rude. They held the kep behind the counter instead of putting it in the Dropbox for mobile pickup. They wanted ro take a picture of my license with her phone and I refused. Manager threatened to cancel my reservation because I didn't want to let her take my picture of my license. It was the first time I felt uncomfortable renting from uhual and will never use this location. My truck was not there upon pickup either. Please reconsider this location.

Sheran FThe cashier upon pick up advised us to not follow the app instructions and not to upload the appropriate pictures after we reported to her that the license plate didn’t match the one listed on the app. She said to take it regardless and listen to her not the app. She refused to give us the correct key- and the correct plated vehicle was parked outside. The dolly was inside the correct plated vehicle so she told us to take it out of that van
