I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for the extra mileage even when returning the u-haul. Therefore it wasn’t a discounted rate as promotion. I actually paid more in the end.

Brian CThis store was recommended to me from a friend who used their services. I had a great experience with Safe Ship. I don’t know his name, but the man who helped was very helpful and made renting a UHaul easy. Highly recommend and will use them again.
Barbara SThe employee behind the counter was incredibly rude. The trucks were stored approximately .25 mi away from the actual store. I had to get back in my car and drive around the parking lot to find the truck. Upon return the odometer was having some issues staying one or displaying the whole mileage. I reported the issue to the employee, took a photo to show him what I was describing, and was treated like I was a moron for even showing him. He stated I was showing him the average MPG which was entirely false. I even drove back out to the truck and took another photo of the same. He was rude, unwilling to hear what I was saying and ultimately blamed me for incompetence in being able to provide him a picture of the mileage and keeping him from driving all the way back out to where the trucks were staged. If I were Uhaul, I would revoke the partnership and not do business with this man.
