We called 3 days ahead of time to hold a 20ft truck. Well while we standing there the lady rented our truck to another person right in front of us. So of course I had to rent the next size that was too small because it was a Saturday and we were moving that day. Well that truck had trash in it and only had 33 miles to empty. Of course that is not enough gas for me to go home, so I had to drive in the opposite direction to fill it up. Then I was never told to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas I left with. So low and behold I left about $50 of gas in the truck. Then UHaul charged me $50 to clean it, but after calling corporate and telling them I picked it up dirty, but didn't drop it off dirty. They refunded my $50.

CARUTHER FDrop off was on a Sunday. This location is closed on Sundays. I’m upset because I was charged extra for mileage. When I reserved the truck I thought I’d gotten unlimited mileage because I had to drop furniture off at a different location. It’s why I selected unlimited mileage.
Cynthia BI dropped it off at 10 am this morning and it still not showing it dropped off.
