Horrible service, the attendant wasn’t able to explain anything. Wasn’t able to locate the keys. Took her 10 minutes to locate the key to the drop off box in order for us to have the key to the truck we reserved. My reservation was for 10am and didn’t get in until 10:45. Just horrible experience, horrible customer service.
