It was very easy to pick up and drop off. The dash lights did not work but I drove during the day so it was ok. Uhaul really saved the day for us and we appreciate you.

Service was great
ANA AAwesome customer service and politeness
Otis DAir conditioning wasn’t working, so it was very hot the whole time. I tried calling them several times and left messages asking for them to do something about my issue or swap out the vehicle but got no response. The vehicle also smelled of smoke.
