Drop was easy, there was a drop box, easily visible to leave the keys in.

Sonia BerryComing in to pick up the haul the young lady was very nice and helpful. I noticed the truck was dirty and quickly came in to tell her and she was apologetic and willing to note it for me. When dropping the truck off I came across a male who was VERY rude. As I walked in the do I commented “oh I didn’t realize you guys are still open” he said very rudely “we aren’t we are close”! So I was like the door was open but okay. I then ask about checking the uhaul in and he then said “ just put the keys in the box and leave the truck”again in a rude way. I ended up looking though my phone for the truck information and realized that I didn’t need him to check the truck in. Overall the truck was easy to pick up. Very dirty and the furniture blankets were disgusting and not even in the bag on the wall.

Teneaski troutonThe lady at this location is so extra it seemed as if she did not even want us to rent a U-Haul which put us in a bond and put us behind on what we had to do and on top of all of that it seemed like the price went from one thing to another to another to another it was almost ridiculous as if this location should not be an authorized dealer for U-Haul the stress that we went through just to rent a trailer from this location was almost ridiculous I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will never run another U-Haul from U-Haul again I would rather go out and pay a higher price to rent from someone else because the ridiculousness that I went through just to rent a a 6x12 trailer was almost horrendous will never be using you haul again at any location especially this one
Brandi WestGood afternoon, Saturday July 9 we picked up a trailer. The worker was great to assist us in the rain to ensure the trailer lights worked. At 5AM on July 10 we began our 2.5 (134 mile) treck with the trailer attached to our vehicle. Upon driving, the trailer became unattached causing us to spin-out and the trailer completely jack-knifed/ fish-tailed into the side of our vehicle causing damage to our personal vehicle. In doing so, many pieces of furniture, including antique items, were completely destroyed and left shattered. It was storming at the time so we were able to reattach the trailer to the truck and continue on our way moving at no more than 15MPH down the highway. We drove it to the nearest U-Haul dealership that informed us that the hitch-lock on the trailer is "clearly broken and should have never been given to you guys without fixing it". I do have pictures of the truck damage, all furniture damage, as well as the skid marks in the road showing how the trailer came unattached and nearly flipped the truck and all passengers inside, and could have caused major causalities. We did purchase insurance on the trailer for this trip. The trailer shows no damage. There was metal sticking out of the tire, orange paint damage, and a huge dent in the truck itself that previously had no marks. I do have a picture of the truck/ trailer hooked up as we picked it up as well as after the damage. We are NOT happy and will no longer be utilizing U-Haul for our needs in the future if this cannot be dealt with accordingly. I will be contacting corporate for this could have easily cost someone their life on the road (or us) and for the damage caused to most of my furniture.

JAMIE MATEOWhen I came to your rental location to rent a truck, firstly I asked him( he was working over there) “how much rent for this truck daily”. He answered me “around $35”. When I checked my bank account next day morning, I saw $190. This is a terrible. I don’t like that. Just one day $190. This is tricky. I want my money back.

Pollye WeatherbyMy pick up time was 10. I arrived around 1040 to an open office and no one in sight. The uhaul employee decided to show up at 1135 to customers who had been waiting as long as I had. I called another store twice and called the customer service line 2 times. We had all decided to call 911 as we were becoming extremely concerned about what we were seeing. Finally the employee rolled around the corner in the golf cart.....WITH MAJOR ATTITUDE. Unbelievable. The employee had the audacity to say "the doors should have been locked"!! I asked him who should have locked the doors. Long story short, I will never rent from this location and probably uhaul again. After thinking about it, he offered to take $10 off my rental truck and when I received my contract, it wasn't even done. I turned my truck in the same day and the contract said the next day at 547pm......really.
