Not sure what’s going on with Uhaul, but there was confusion about myreservation in both ends. This location was really helpful & friendly, but she said sometimes customers would be there for an hour trying to return a Uhaul. I just wouldn’t recommend Uhaul at all to a friend right now, no matter the location. I have to move my stuff again in two weeks, and will be looking into options other than Uhaul

Even though customer service was adequate there was not a professional on hand to hook up tow trailer properly. Had several issues on trip that could have led to damage or an accident.

Lights didn't work on one trailer-The other trailer had a blown tire. The trailer wasn't swept out but i didn't notice until I got home.

Bad customer service Person was late to work First refused to help load the trailer and then said that they are just a service location. But then made the face and did hook up the trailer

Lady running the place has door closed at office hours and was not very helpful, not rude, but very unwilling to answer questions when I wanted to make another reservation. she had no idea about the rate, and fees, and was not willing to look into it. You lost a customer from that location

Make sure staff is available for the customer to pick up their rental at the designated time. I had a rental schedule 3 days in advance for a specific time period because I was on a deadline. Once I got to the facility 5 minutes b4 my appointment there was no 1 there. Had to wait 25 minutes for someone to show up and the place to open back up and 45 minutes b4 I was able to leave with my equipment. Wasn’t happy to delay some of my initial plans especially since I had an appointment schedule.

Mechanically the truck ran well. Interior was satisfactory. The driver side sun visor was broken, the driver side head light did not work. The driver head light was hanging out initially. When I brought it to the attention of the associate he pushed it back in place, it stayed until the first bump. I also had the associate put an "x" on damage to the box which was not marked. The tow dolly had a light out on the passenger side. I would rent from the location again.

Uhaul, not the dealership, charged us for the insurance even though we said we didn't want it on two separate occasions. The staff was great in helping us resolve the issue.
