I was over charge,
Brushall WI chose counter service. This location was mislabeled. It is NOT counter service but do everything yourself. The Uhaul needed cleaning (that should be a standard post COVID). At a minimum spray it down. Location was full of unlocked trucks and open cargo areas. People park to close together, barely able to get in on the Uhaul side to park or drive the truck out. Other cars parked out front right side kept me from entering parking lot that way. Not easy to get in and out. Never will use this pickup location again.
