Victoria was amazing! There was a nail in the tire and she got on the phone right away to see if taking another one was possible since it was going to be dropped off in another state. The person on the other end of the line ( the manager I’m guessing) didn’t even question or hesitate in resolving the issue. The level of service was superb which unfortunately, is hard to find these days.
Dennis TThe place to pick up the keys was confusing and too far from the trucks.
Jessica VI was charged for two dozen moving blankets, but none were in the truck. I would like a refund.
