Customer service was amazing! He was welcoming and more than willing to assist in whatever capacity he could. However, the vehicle seemed poorly maintained, not for lack of cleanliness, but rather maintenance within itself. Upon entering the vehicle and driving it a few miles, the check engine light came on, the oil gauge was dropping precipitously, and we had to top off the oil to safely make it back to the location.
