Air conditioning not operational on a very hot day. Staff at the location very professional, however. Only drove the vehicle 6 miles, but charged almost $15 for three gallons of gas. I know it’s a truck, but surely it gets more than 2 miles tinge gallon.

Diego MThe staff was generally fine, but had no suggestions for dealing with a malfunctioning U-Haul website that would not focus the phone camera to take photos at pickup. The U-haul app crashed whenever attempting to take a photo. I was unable to submit useable pickup or dropoff photos due to U-haul's IT system malfunctioning with no on-site staff backup alternative. Absurd to try and hand off basic operating functions of your business to customer devices with no backup.
shanti hI was charged for an extra day because my return wasn't logged into the system until the following morning. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.
