The parking lot was very busy with gas station clients but the U-Haul staff made parking the truck very easy and the return was smooth.

rental agent was pleasant and helpful, however; the vehicle was covered in a foot of snow, should not be responsibility of renter to clean this. the tire pressure indicator showed low pressure in one of the tires, should not be responsibility of renter to rectify this.
David KCovered in snow — vendor did not have proper ice scraper to clean it off (had squeegee)- client had to assist; back door was frozen when we got it — vendor rep had to force it open; rear right tire light showing low tire pressure & air machine at vendor Location was not working.
Linda DBetter customer service and better maintenance on product. When I arrived trailer tongue of trailer was buried in snow. There was no tongue jack so was on ground. When asked for help one of the men said it was too heavy to lift. The other man went and got shovel. When he was getting shovel the one that said it was to heavy lifted tongue lifted of ground. They shoveled some snow away then leaned the shovel on the side of my truck. When asked to move it he threw it in ground. I have now been charged for three days instead of one. Was charged $78.99 on Friday day of pick up. When questioned the man when dropped off said I would have to talk to manger and gave me his number. I called and just got answering machine. Left message. I then got an email notice that I have been charged yet again for a one day rental. So now I have paid a total of $118.48 for a one day rental. I called Ryan the manager and he said he has put the $39.49 charge to close out rental. I then asked why I had already been charged for not one day but two Monday of pickup, he said he doesn't see that charge. And it should come off. If not I need to call 1-800 U-Haul on Monday. So yes not at all satisfied with my experience.
Sharon GCheck the fuel level when you leave. The gauge read 3/4 but their record I found out later said 7/8. I had to refill to that level an additional $15.00 upon return or pay an additional $23.00. Truck was a pig on fuel.
