Amanda was very nice and very helpful, but the truck itself was all dented on the outside hard to open up the passenger door

i want to say i have used Smart Shop and one on US 70 and i wouldn't go to any other place to rent a U-Haul. They are kind and have best customer service i have ever seen in a company. I am site supervisor at Rocket wash in Mebane and i tell my customer that if they need a u haul please go to them. I would even put there flyer and business cards in my site because i know my customer will be please also.

DINO GIt was a roach in there with trash and other objects like cheese it box. It didn't drive well like the transmission was going out. It just was just a bad experience and waste of my money.
