People were great! The truck I got was fairly new and in good shape. I was surprized the truck did not have cruise control which made our extended highway move tedious.

On-site staff were friendly and helpful. I was told at checkout that the AC worked, but that the dial was missing. After about ten minutes the air cut out. It is July in North Carolina, so I'm certain you can imagine the discomfort. Thankfully I didn't spend too much time in the truck. However, it would be courteous to not rent out equipment that is not in full working condition.
