The associate said I can not use mobile to rent vans however I requested mobile rental locations and that is where U-Haul sent me. I will never use this location again
HAMID KWas sent to another location via text. When we got there they didn’t have a truck size we rented. When we arrived the person was talking on the phone and continued for several minutes before acknowledging us. We ended going back to the original place we rented from. The system was crashing and I had to download the app and then the employee had to call the district office in order to get our rental completed. When I returned the system had crashed nationwide and the truck could not be checked in. The woman was dealing with a lot but, was pleasant to me. It certainly wasn’t her fault.
