The folks working at the store were very nice and everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Truck was clean and well maintained. My issue is with the mileage I was charged. I mapped out my route on Waze and did not deviate at all from the directions in either direction. Total mileage to my destination and back and to return the truck should have been around 96 (+/- a mile or 2) miles at most but the odometer had me at 120. I had prepaid for 100 miles so therefore I was charged for the extra miles. The local office said that all they do is input the info and if I had an issue I would have to reach out to corporate. I even double checked the mileage on Mapquest also just to make sure. When I returned the truck no one was there so when I called them in the morning they had already completed the transaction and again said I would have to take it up with corporate. Nice local people, clean truck but pay attention to your mileage.
