Had an issue with the Uhual app while using automated service. I tried calling the Uhual contact number written on the window but nobody would answer. Standing in the pouring rain trying to figure out how to get the dang key for the truck with the app not scanning the barcode. Called Uhual customer support which told me to uninstall the app and use a browser instead, which worked. Finally get the key to the truck and someone left the driver window down, probably to smoke because it smelled awful, and the only thing to dry the soaking wet seat is the ass of my pants. The whole experience set me back about 45 mins so I was late, wet, and annoyed. I do not recommend.

LAURA VThey charge me $200 for a cleaning fee! It’s a fucking U-Haul anybody that has rented a U-Haul knows that is completely false. Nothing a broom couldn’t fix. ($200) broom). There’s a fuel service fee on top of the fee for the fuel itself. And whoever the dumb Cunt slag nasty bitch who left me a message is I’ll keep you in my prayers didn’t even tell me her name making allegations that were completely false. In the end $800 ( for a seven day u-haul) is what I was charged! Please save your money DO NOT go to Chevelle‘s Auto U-Haul on riverside. They will rip you off charge you outrageous amounts and make up bullshit. Steer clear from this U-Haul place and mechanic or whatever the hell they’re doing over there! LMAO!!
