This was NOT where we reserved the truck to be. I was dropped off at my original location and then found out there was no truck, even tho I had reserved it weeks ago, confirmed it, and arrived 45 minutes before my scheduled time. Will not use U-Haul again.

1. Have the person be on location at the reserved time. 2. The equipment was filthy, and the running lights didn't work. Which we found out after we were on the road. 3. The representative did not provide any information about how to use the auto transporter. He just asked if I had towed a car before. 4. The two people in the office seemed more interested in their cell phones, than my business. I won't do business with them again, nor will I suggest them to anyone.

They apparently do not properly keep track of the mileage/gas on their vehicles. I rented a truck for a quick move job of a few items. I was told the tank was full before I left. It wasn't. I was then also charged for 25 miles more than what I drove. Needless to say, I'm not a happy customer.

The lights didn't work, the trailer was old and run down and then to top it off, I went to return the trailer (actually later than agreed) and no one was there...I had to simply drop the trailer and go...that was around 9:30am on a Friday...I called the main # for U Haul to let them know the trailer was back.

This site was a last minute alternate due to a family problem at the originally designated site. Chevelles was, uh, just so so. When we got there the owner was away for quite a while and we waited and waited. The truck we rented was fine.

The clerk was very, very nice and helpful. The site is near the post office and big trucks are parked there, but the office is hidden amongst cars across the street.

First, I was told to go to a different lot, then I got there and had to go to a very unlit lot at the Medford post office to pick the truck up. The actual auto business is unkempt. I was told numerous things that ended up not being so and was very unhappy about that.

I did not ask for equiptment, but I was charged anyway. Perhaps I made a mistake ordering but the employee did not go over any form of checklist to make sure we we’re on the same page about things. Also did receive the correct contract upon recovering the truck.

Just remember to have your staff double check their orders. They forgot my dolly, which put me in a pretty good predicament.
