Vehicle was dirty, I had to clean it before loading and driving....for example there were bugs on it and had to clean the windshield

You can have the staff at the uhaul dealer on s. Pacific hwy Medford Oregon, retrained for customer service. Not very nice at all. I walked out pissed more at the staff not the company it's self.

Jessica YThe location was fine- my beef is with the U-Haul digital interface. The check out process was absolutely ridiculous. The website would not load, the app said I could not return my vehicle due to having used too many attempts to log into the app (though I had literally just downloaded it?).
Sahara WI can’t get my cash deposit back as was told by the pick up location. The person who answered the phone wasn’t helpful at all.
