I requested 2 dozen blankets. Uhaulnprovided only 6. The mobile check in/out app is horrible. The photo option doesn’t allow you adjust the camera. If the light is dim like picking a van up at night, the app does a terrible job trying to focus on driver license. The rear was zip tied closed—that’s great for security, but you should tell customer to bring snips with them. You can take a picture of the empty van if you cannot open to door. It was a very frustrating mobile pick up experience.

Mason DThe location was supposed to be open, but had a hand written sign in the door that said closed today. I had even changed the pickup time to align with their hours. It was not the location I had chosen. I had to call in to eventually access the truck which took longer than expected.
AARON VHave the gas tank full. Having to guess how much gas I would need cost me an extra $40. Because of this I will look at other rental companies in the future. Felt like a way to take advantage of customers..
