Everything went fine for the most part, but I only had 5 pads and I understood that I’d have 10-12 pads. There’s insufficient parking for U-haul returns, so I returned the vehicle to the space I received it from to realize it was technically a post-office parking space. This wouldn’t have been an issue except I already turned in my keys. On that note I turned my keys in before I could take the appropriate notes because the page the app directed me to after I selected (return vehicle) prompted me to do so, then directed me to take photos in and around the vehicle I had just locked and returned keys for. That’s a critique of the app more than the location, I believe. Other than that everything was good.

Tiernan PI dropped off the truck. No one was at the location. Left a message and dropped the truck off. Didn’t hear from anyone until Monday. The charged me $55 with no explanation.
